●Tickets can be purchased from 7 days before your visit up until the day of your visit. Planetarium tickets will close 1 hour before the show starts (sales will end once all seats are filled), and tickets for the exhibition hall will close at 4:00 p.m. *The number of tickets available for sale is limited.
● For safety reasons, children in the third grade or below are not allowed to visit or view the exhibits alone. Please make sure to purchase tickets with an accompanying adult guardian.
● On the ticket site, you cannot purchase free admission tickets (Exhibition Hall for middle school students and below) alone. Please purchase them together with an adult admission ticket.
●We have started selling tickets online for high school and university students. Please present your student ID at the ticket gate on the day of the event.
● On the ticket site, those with disability certificates or those aged 65 and older living in Osaka City cannot issue free admission tickets. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bring your certificate or proof and visit the ticket counter on the day of your visit.
